KINGSPORT, Tenn. — The Kingsport Police Department has released the identity of the young suspect involved in the tragic shooting that resulted in the death of another minor on February 11. On Tuesday, authorities confirmed that the suspect is Cashlynn Lytle. Descriptions provided by the police depict Lytle as a “light-skinned, black male” with black hair and brown eyes.
