Sir David Beckham has secured an estimated £38 million payout after a hugely successful year driven by fashion ventures and lucrative World Cup sponsorships.
The former England captain benefited from major partnerships with Adidas, McDonald’s and Bank of America during the 2026 World Cup in the United States.
He also fronted high-profile campaigns for Belgian beer Stella Artois and snack giant Lay’s, known to British consumers as Walkers.
Beckham’s television and advertising work has helped drive the performance of his media, fashion and sports empire, operated through DRJB Holdings, which recorded its strongest profits to date this year.
Accounts show that the company generated almost £50 million in pre-tax profit in 2025, nearly twice the figure reported previously.
As a result, Sir David is understood to have received approximately £38.5 million from dividends, with a total of £38.9 million distributed among shareholders.
The holding business is jointly controlled by Beckham’s Footwork Productions and American consumer-brand powerhouse Authentic Brands Group, which became an investor in 2022.
Footwork Productions owns 45 per cent of the company, while Authentic Brands Group holds the remaining 55 per cent.

The record results followed a busy summer for Beckham, who attended the World Cup with his wife Victoria, 52, their sons Romeo, 24, and Cruz, 21, and their respective partners.
Among the most notable appearances was the former England No. 7’s attendance at the national team’s 2-1 semi-final defeat to Argentina.
However, David is not the only member of the Beckham family to enjoy a financial windfall from business this year.
Victoria Beckham’s fashion and beauty company posted an impressive £7.3 million profit, marking its first operating profit in the brand’s 18-year history.
The company founded by the former Spice Girl generated £129.8 million in revenue during 2025 and delivered double-digit growth for a fifth consecutive year.
The latest figures are a major boost for the Beckham-led business, which endured substantial losses in its early years. Sir David previously stepped in to help support the company and keep it operating.
The brand’s move away from an exclusively luxury positioning towards more accessible products is believed to have played a key role in its recent turnaround.
Together, David and Victoria have now more than doubled their wealth, taking their combined net worth to a staggering £1.185 billion.

In 2025, Beckham also launched his first co-designed menswear collections for Hugo Boss, eyewear collections with Safilo and a second release of limited edition Adidas Predator football boots.
Corey Salter, chief executive of entertainment at Authentic, said: ‘The recent financial performance has again demonstrated why David Beckham is one of the most powerful global brands in sport, lifestyle, entertainment and much more.
‘It’s been an outstanding year, from new partnerships to important philanthropic campaigns and overall brand growth.
‘What these results show is that behind the Beckham brand is a strong and highly effective team within Authentic, set up with the financial discipline and strong fundamentals to continue to grow profitably through 2026 and beyond.’
