Hailey Bieber’s older sister, Alaia Baldwin Aronow, is reportedly set to avoid jail time in connection with her 2024 assault arrest.
The 33-year-old wellness advocate was arrested in February 2024 following an alleged disturbance at Club Elan in Savannah, Georgia. Authorities accused her of behaving disorderly inside the venue, including allegedly hitting one person “in the genitals,” pulling hair from another individual, and throwing a used tampon at a bartender.
In January 2026, almost two years after the incident, prosecutors brought four misdemeanor counts against the model: simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass, Us Weekly reported.
Baldwin has now agreed to take part in a pre-trial diversion program instead of facing time behind bars, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
As part of the arrangement, she will cover the cost of the program, which may involve counseling, community service, or other requirements, according to Chatham County’s official government website.
Baldwin’s attorneys, Drew Findling and Cris Schneider, previously addressed the case in a January 2026 statement to Our News Outlet, saying: “We remain absolutely confident, there will be a positive resolution.”
The Daily Mail contacted representatives for both Bieber and Baldwin seeking comment, but did not receive an immediate response.

In February 2024, chaos erupted at Club Elan when the owner called 911, claiming Aronow had gotten into a physical altercation with staff and refused to leave, TMZ reported at the time.
Employees said she wandered into the staff-only restroom despite being told she couldn’t use it and was redirected to the public bathroom.
She allegedly became belligerent, combative, and assaulted three staff members.
According to TMZ’s report, she yanked the hair of a security guard trying to restrain her, while another claimed she kicked him in the groin.
Bartender Haleigh Cauley reportedly said she encountered Aronow while trying to enter the employees’ bathroom and a ‘used’ tampon made contact with her face.
She clarified the tampon never left Aronow’s grip, but rather swung up and touched her face.
‘I said, “Listen, you guys have got to go,”‘ Cauley recalled, adding that Aronow had a ‘scary’ look in her eyes.
Security eventually stepped in as Baldwin reportedly began ‘swinging’ at the guards.
Aronow told officers she was acting in self-defense and insisted the incident was being overblown.

A police report obtained by E! said she initially denied throwing the tampon, but later admitted she did throw it.
Aronow’s attorney told TMZ at the time: ‘On February 24, 2024, Ms. Aronow traveled to Savannah, GA to celebrate the upcoming marriage of a close friend. Sadly, what should have been a celebratory girls night out, unfortunately took an unexpected turn.
‘Ms. Aronow is embarrassed and saddened by the events of that night and is proactively taking the necessary steps to ensure that it never happens again.’
Aronow shares a six-year-old daughter, Iris, with film producer Andrew Aronow, whom she wed in 2017.
They were joined by the Biebers this week to celebrate Iris’s birthday with other family and friends.
‘Happy SIXTH birthday to my girly pop. Every year I don’t think you can grow up any more and then, you do. This year has been magical watching you grow into your own in kindergarten.
‘Everyone always stops me to say that you are the kindest, sweetest and most empathetic classmate. As a mom, that’s all that matters to me,’ the proud mom gushed on Instagram.
