After the crash, the suspects exited the vehicle and attempted to escape on foot. During this pursuit, one suspect allegedly fired at the officers, prompting one officer to return fire. Fortunately, no injuries from gunfire were reported.

Officers took the suspects into custody and found two guns on the scene.
