Following a recent encounter with Bill Belichick’s former girlfriend Linda Holliday, Jordon Hudson and her partner have a straightforward message: Move on.

Earlier this month, an uncomfortable meeting took place between Hudson and Holliday at a charity event for Nantucket Cottage Hospital. This gathering followed Hudson, 24, being ousted from a holiday celebration on the island the previous year at Holliday’s insistence.

Belichick, 73, and Holliday, 62, ended their 16-year relationship in September 2022. Despite the 49-year age difference, Belichick began dating Hudson after a chance meeting on a flight in 2021.

But despite the scrutiny over their relationship – fueled, in part, by some erratic behavior from Hudson – the couple are still going strong. 

Indeed, an insider close to the couple tells the Daily Mail they are looking to the future – not back at Holliday.

In a passionate statement directed at Belichick’s ex, an insider shared, ‘Bill and Jordon wish Linda would simply move on. There are reasons why Linda is no longer with Bill. He has moved on, excited about the upcoming UNC season, and is deeply in love with Jordon.’

‘They are having an incredible time together. That is what Bill’s thoughts are directed toward.’

Belichick and Hudson are seemingly accepting of the fact that Holliday will cross their paths again in Nantucket.

‘If Jordon happens to cross paths with Linda, that’s just part of life. Jordon isn’t trying to create drama or stir trouble,’ the insider added.

‘She is aware of the public’s unfavorable opinion regarding her involvement with Bill, but she seeks to avoid heightening tensions by hearing it from Linda.’

‘The quicker Linda moves on the better, in Bill and Jordon’s eyes. It’s time to shut it all down – avoiding any more distractions is the way to go.’

December 2024, Hudson and her beauty pageant bestie Melissa Sapini enraged Holliday by appearing at an event where her daughters were DJing. They were asked to leave close to the end of the night, agreeing to depart alongside an employee at the venue.

As they waited by the exit, Hudson supposedly then told the employee that Holliday had threatened Sapini during the clash on the dance floor.

She claimed Holliday told her friend that if she ‘valued her current title, she should think twice about who her friends are’ and that she ‘had many powerful friends in the pageant organization’.

Hudson has tried keeping a low profile following an excruciating April CBS interview with Belichick, where she was exposed for interrupting questions from off-camera about how the couple met. The fallout led to friends of Belichick publicly discussing an intervention, while others questioned his sanity and if Hudson was taking advantage of him. 

Then, at the beginning of August, two podcasters claimed they spoke to Hudson over the course of a week in several phone calls that left them with a growing sense of unease.

They were trying to get Hudson to appear on their show but talks broke down, with Hudson allegedly shouting and crying over how the podcasters had previously spoken about her. 

This all comes with Belichick’s first UNC game on the horizon. 

His team faces TCU in Chapel Hill on Monday, September 1. After Belichick failed to clinch another NFL job following his departure from the New England Patriots, he is deeply determined to be a success in North Carolina.

Perhaps, then, it is no surprise to Belichick that his ex is causing more trouble at a time like this.

‘Bill is in football mode, and he isn’t hearing the noise that Jordon might be dealing with,’ the source said. ‘But he is reassuring her that it will all be fine. 

‘Bill has dealt with drama forever in the press and he has always addressed what he has had to deal with to Jordon. She appreciates that and that makes their relationship much stronger.
