New details are emerging about the final moments of Days of Our Lives actor Robert Kelker-Kelly, who died at age 62.
According to a St. Peters Police incident report obtained by Us Weekly on Wednesday, Kelker-Kelly’s wife, Allison Kelly, picked him up from Spirit Airport in Missouri at approximately 7:30 p.m. on October 3.
The report stated that, during the drive home, Robert began experiencing pain in his left arm and chest. He also asked Allison to pull over because he felt he was going to vomit.
Allison reportedly asked whether he wanted to go to the hospital, but he declined and instead requested to be taken home so he could lie down.
Once they arrived, Allison told police that Kelker-Kelly changed his clothes before getting into bed.
The report said Robert continued to complain of pain and asked Allison to bring him an aspirin.

Allison reportedly went to the kitchen to get the aspirin. When she returned to the bedroom, she found her husband unresponsive and not breathing, prompting her to call 911.
Officers and members of the St. Charles County Ambulance District arrived shortly afterward and began emergency life-saving efforts.
Despite those efforts, Kelker-Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:09 p.m. that night.
Allison told investigators that her husband had no known medical conditions and was not taking any prescription medication.
Officials have not disclosed Kelker-Kelly’s cause of death. The police case, however, has been closed.
The latest information follows the release of details from the 911 call, which indicated that the actor had gone into cardiac arrest after being found in bed.
Emergency dispatch audio documented the urgent response as first responders worked to save the soap opera star earlier this month.
‘Caller is unable to remove patient from bed,’ one responding officer was heard saying, in the audio obtained by Page Six.

A dispatcher reported that emergency units were on their way and confirmed that CPR was already underway.
Another responder described the patient as a 62-year-old man who was neither breathing nor conscious.
An automated dispatch message also identified the emergency as a cardiac arrest at Kelker-Kelly’s home.

Paramedics ultimately pronounced Kelker-Kelly dead at the scene.
Police also noted that there was nothing suspicious at the scene.

Kelker-Kelly is best known for starring as Bo Brady on NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives as he temporarily took over the role originated by Peter Reckell from 1992 to 1995.
During that span his character was romancing Billie Reed who was portrayed by the aforementioned Rinna in her breakout daytime television role.
However, the on-screen chemistry was not exactly organic as earlier this year Rinna blasted Kelker-Kelly as she said he made her life ‘a living hell’ on the set of the iconic soap.
‘Behind the scenes we hated each other,’ she wrote in her memoir You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About it released in February.
‘Remember when Kathy Hilton said I was the biggest bully in Hollywood? Not true. Not even close! I have legit stories about the real bullies in this town. Robert Kelker-Kelly is one of those bullies,’ she continued.
‘He made my life a living hell on the set of Days. He was horrible to me. I’d go so far as to say verbally abusive. He was passive aggressive, manipulative, and played weird mind games.’
She added, ‘I had to work with him every day, often half naked to do love scenes. If I didn’t do what he wanted, he’d give me the silent treatment.
‘He was a ticking time bomb. I never knew when I arrived on set each morning if I’d get nice Robert Kelker-Kelly or dark Robert Kelker-Kelly. He was unpredictable and it was exhausting.’
Rinna was relieved when he abruptly left the show and was replaced by the aforementioned Reckell, who had originally played Bo Brady from 1983 to 1992.
She then claimed that after his exit, both she and her co-star Kristian Alfonso, who played Kelker-Kelly’s other love interest Hope Brady, were provided with a security team from NBC, although she did not think he was a threat and implied that the security was unnecessary.
‘Suddenly, one day, he disappeared from the Days set. Next thing I knew Kristian and I had our own full-time security detail,’ she alleged.
‘I wasn’t worried about physical harm, but NBC had to cover their ass. We had rent-a-cops parked outside our houses and trailers for three weeks and were driven to and from work.’
