A former Disney World Mickey Mouse impersonator who allegedly had a fetish involving diapers was arrested in an undercover child-sex investigation.
Collin Klaco, 24, was among 281 people arrested on October 25 during what Florida’s Polk County authorities described as a major human-trafficking operation.
According to WKMG, Klaco faces four felony charges: traveling to meet a minor, computer solicitation of a guardian, illegal use of a communication device and attempted lewd battery on a minor.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd described Klaco as the “sickest, nastiest person” ever arrested by the county.
Court documents obtained by WKMG include a chat transcript in which Klaco allegedly described an interest in sexual activity involving “wetting accidents,” sex acts and diaper changing.
He also allegedly told someone he believed to be 13 years old that he was interested in “public play,” restroom encounters, water sports and diaper-related activities.
In footage obtained by Fox 13 Tampa Bay, Judd displayed diapers seized by Polk County deputies, including several bearing Disney branding.
“He had two backpacks full of diapers; he wanted to wear diapers; he wanted to put diapers on the children,” Judd said while displaying several of the items.

Judd said Klaco wanted to engage in “all kinds of nasty stuff” with children, but added that authorities could not publicly discuss every detail of the allegations.
The sheriff called Klaco “perverted” and said he had been extremely explicit about the sexual acts he allegedly wanted to carry out with an underage child.

Although Klaco was no longer employed by Disney, he allegedly expressed pride in his former work during the operation.
According to Oxygen, Klaco allegedly told an undercover decoy on a site called “sniffles” that he worked as a Mickey Mouse character.
Judd said Klaco even used what he described as a “high squeaky voice” while discussing the job.
“Well, now he’s a jailbird character, and that’s where he needs to be,” Judd said, adding that Klaco could become a state-prison inmate if convicted.
Klaco was released from Polk County Jail on bond under strict conditions.
He is barred from contacting minors, using the internet or smart devices, and must remain at least 500 feet from places commonly visited by children.

Judd said 239 of those arrested were charged with human-trafficking-related offenses, while 31 allegedly traveled “to have sex with a child.”
The arrests also included 17 current or former employees of several Florida theme parks.
According to an affidavit obtained by Oxygen, Klaco allegedly denied the accusations.
