Amanda Bynes is determined to show that she is still “All That” as she continues her Ozempic-assisted weight-loss journey.
The 40-year-old former child star and teen idol was seen in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon, showing off her noticeably slimmer physique.
When contacted by Our News Outlet, Bynes said she had “lost 43lbs so far” and that her goal was to “look beautiful.”
The actor’s toned legs were on display in a pair of short shorts as she left a 7-11 convenience store carrying two Alani Nu energy drinks in the Cotton Swirl and Cotton Candy flavors.
The platinum blonde’s latest appearance came just days after she showcased her dance moves on Instagram.
In a 10-second preview for her upcoming track Trap House, the former Nickelodeon star wore dramatic black eye makeup and a sleek metallic-silver top tucked into loose cargo pants, completing the look with sneakers.
Bynes also announced that a full-length music video was “coming soon” for her collaboration with indie artists and producers Zabba and Lil Dexx, released through Create Music Group.

Bynes, who disclosed last year that she was taking Ozempic, has lost around 40 pounds and is preparing to reveal the results in a music video for her new song Trap House
The clip, however, quickly drew criticism online, with some of the former Easy A star’s detractors accusing her of using AI to create it.
Several commenters also claimed that the choreography bore a striking resemblance to Blackpink member Jennie’s routine for her hit song like JENNIE, which was released in March 2025.
An analysis by the online AI video detector UncovAI gave the Trap House teaser a 93% probability of being AI-generated.
Our News Outlet has contacted Bynes for comment.
Away from the music speculation, Bynes has been increasingly candid about her GLP-1-assisted weight-loss efforts.
In December, the She’s The Man star told her social-media followers that she had previously weighed 180lbs but had “lost 28lbs on ozempic!”
Functional nutritionist Monica Partier told Our News Outlet in March that Bynes appeared to have lost approximately 40lb, which would have placed her weight at around 140lb.

“Amanda keeps losing weight week after week; it’s very obvious,” Partier said. “Whatever she is taking is working well for her.”
“She must be at her weight goal by now, as she seems to be rather thin,” Partier added, saying that if Bynes continued making progress, “she could be able to keep the weight off even if she goes off the medication.”
Former What I Like About You star Bynes said in 2024 that depression had contributed to a 20lb weight gain, and revealed that she hoped to return to her teenage weight of 110lbs
Bynes first spoke openly about using Ozempic to support her weight-loss goals last summer, regularly updating fans on social media
“If you really want to keep your weight low, you have to stick to whole foods that are full of nutrients. But there are always good fats that can be included, such as nuts and avocados.”
Partier also advised, “As long as she is eating high-protein, vegetable-loaded meals with few processed foods, little dairy and hardly any sugar, she should be able to stay slender once she quits the medication.”
“There is a way to maintain the weight loss; she just needs to be diligent.”
In December, Bynes shared a photo of herself and said she was “down to 152lbs,” while adding, “I know I still look big, but this photo is really inspiring to me!”
She announced in June 2025 that she was “going on Ozempic,” joining a growing number of entertainment figures associated with the popularity of injectable weight-loss treatments.
Bynes said she was “so excited” and hoped “to get down to like 130, which would be awesome so I look better in paparazzi pictures.”
By November 2025, she said, “I’ve lost 20 pounds so far. I’m so excited about that, to be honest. Also, I want to lose about 50 more pounds.”
Speaking to her 714,000 followers on Instagram Stories, Bynes said she was “163 now.” She explained that her weight had “shot up on the Ozempic pill” from 173 to 180, before she lost 20 pounds and reached 163 while using the Ozempic injection.
Bynes said the injectable was “working” and that she was “trying to lose more weight just to feel skinny and cute.”
In 2024, she said depression had led to a 20lb weight gain and acknowledged that her long-term goal was to return to her teenage weight of 110lbs.
As part of her broader efforts to change her appearance, Bynes also received lip fillers last August. In 2023, she confirmed that she had undergone surgery to remove excess skin from her eyelids.
She described the eyelid procedure, known as blepharoplasty, as “one of the best things I could have ever done for my self-confidence.”
